We utilize highly developed processes that rapidly and accurately receive, locate, distribute and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Goods are carefully inspected upon receipt and cataloged for immediate distribution. An automated inventory tracking system is customized for your program to preset automatic re-order points and to electronically process purchase orders for re-orders. We know when goods are on their way to our warehouses and track items based upon expected dates of arrival.

Our robust accounting, inventory control and program management system allows us to completely customize each program to our customer's specific requirements. We offer the power of full general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, sales order and payroll functionality to uniquely manage each program.

Two popular examples of our unique services include our utilizing the client chart of accounts and electronically transferring accounting summary information to the client at the end of each month and commissioning internal program managers on all sales generated from the store. Extensive reporting is available at anytime online as well as via email.

Our warehouse facilities are climate controlled, integratable with bar code technology and managed with integrated Web-to-Ship technology.

Ship It
As previously mentioned, web generated orders are transferred directly to the integrated fulfillment and inventory systems with no re-keying of orders which ensures accuracy, order confidentiality and provides cost effective fulfillment solutions.

Once an order has been placed through the web store, an email confirmation is automatically sent to the purchaser confirming their order, in any language depending on the country of order origin. If real time inventory is utilized as part of your program, an email will be sent to the customer if an item is temporarily on backorder. We have the ability to offer online order tracking and we will customize the program to meet our client requirements

We use a sophisticated, automated freight analysis system that provides immediate and accurate freight charges. While we promise to ship standard orders within 72 hours, most orders go out in 24 hours. Rush orders are available and same day shipping of orders can occur if orders are received by 1:00 P.M. Pacific time. We ship domestically and internationally and are integrated on-line with all major carriers for immediate tracking of your shipment. We implement shipping quality standards to ensure that all packages portray the appropriate corporate image and marketing message.
