We respect your privacy. Any personal data we collect is only used as needed to communicate with you regarding your order, to deliver your products or services, and/or to provide you with information about our products or services. We will never sell or rent your personal information to any organization.
Deliveries – We will do everything we can to ensure your order ships on time but cannot guarantee it 100%. For time sensitive events, please allow an extra day for delivery in the event of factory or carrier delay. We are not responsible for carrier delays after the time of shipment.
Cancellations – An order may be cancelled without charge provided that production has not begun on the order and no artwork services were requested. If artwork and/or production has been started then customer will be responsible for any costs associated with work or services that have been completed at the time of cancellation.
Refunds – If product received is different than pictured or described or if personalization is not the way you approved you may request a replacement, credit, or return for full refund. Customers will have 30 days after delivery to contact us regarding any order issues or a return. Any refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Call or email your sales representative to review any order issues and to receive authorization for all replacements, credits, returns, or refunds.
